If GiftMint is at fault
If we cannot complete an eligible order because no gifting account or available V-Bucks remain, or because the Item Shop cosmetic disappears before we can send it, you can choose either:
- a refund to the original payment method for the exact amount paid; or
- the same value returned as GiftMint Credits, plus 10% extra Credits.
For example, a 1,000-Credit order can be returned as 1,100 GiftMint Credits. The bonus applies when the issue is on GiftMint’s side, not when an order cannot proceed because the customer supplied an incorrect display name or did not complete the required Fortnite friendship step.
How to request help
Contact support with your order number as soon as you know there is a problem. We will review the order and confirm the available option. Original-payment refunds are sent through the payment provider and may take time to appear according to that provider’s processing schedule.
Credit top-ups
Unused Credit top-ups may be reviewed for an original-payment refund. Credits already used for a completed gift are not redeemable for cash. We will always explain the available resolution before closing a problem order.
